In the event that a cheque is returned unpaid or dishonored by the bank, a fee may be charged to cover any administrative and bank charges incurred. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the cheque payment is unsuccessful. It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your bank account to cover the cheque payment. Any bank fees or charges incurred due to insufficient funds or a bounced cheque will be borne by you. Please include your order number or relevant details on the back of the cheque to ensure accurate processing and allocation of your payment. We may collect, instruct you to deposit or deliver the check to specific location. Please allow sufficient time for the cheque to reach us and be cleared before your order is processed. We recommend retaining a copy of the cheque and obtaining proof of postage or delivery when sending it to us.
